Liliana, the Bandit Warlord is one of the Nemesis entry of the Sinclair’s NPC Codex. Written to be the main antagonist of a roleplaying game campaign, Liliana offers a story full of nuance pushing the players to question themselves about their own moral compass on the subjects of does the end justify the means?, is oppressive order better than chaotic freedom? and the cost of true systemic changes?.
